HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety \& Environment operations across our logistics and warehousing facilities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities :-
*Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSE Management System.
*Ensure full compliance with UAE Federal and Local HSE regulations, Dubai *Municipality requirements, Civil Defense requirements, and client standards.
*Prepare, review, and maintain all HSE documentation, including:
Policies and Procedures
Risk Assessments (RA)
Task Risk Assessments (TRA)
Method Statements (MS)
Emergency Response Plans
Safe Work Procedures
Permit-to-Work Systems
Incident Investigation Reports
Training Records and Compliance Registers
*Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
*Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
*Manage contractor safety and warehouse operational safety programs.
*Ensure compliance for forklift operations, work at height, fire safety, manual handling, and hazardous materials management.
*Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and external auditors.
*Deliver HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
*Lead ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
*Level 6 Qualification in Occupational Health \& Safety (Preferred).
*NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
*NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
*ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification.
*Minimum 4+ years of HSE experience, with at least 2 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of:
UAE Federal Labour Law requirements related to HSE
Dubai Municipality regulations
UAE Fire \& Life Safety Code
Civil Defense requirements
ISO 45001 Occupational Health \& Safety Management Systems
ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Proven experience in preparing and managing HSE documentation and compliance programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
