• Administrator in Worldlex (requirement management)
• Maintain Health and Safety Management Systems locally
• Advanced Incident Root Cause Investigator (Incident Management)
• Local Administrator for Assure
• Training users in Assure
• Health \& Safety onboarding for new employees (blue collar and white collar)
• Owns local Site Safety Inductions
• Qualification and management of Supplier/Contractors
• Permit to work coordination
• Health and Safety Inspections
• Support operation with risk assessment
• Local Risk register responsible
• Emergency planning and Response
• Emergency manager
• Develop local Audit plan according to Faerch audit platform
• Conduct Audits (incl. cross site)
• Operate process for corrective action verification effectiveness evaluation
• General site HS training
• Coordinate Weekly Safety walks
• Manage air pollution and environmental permits
• Noise protection measurements administration

Requirements:

• HS Qualification relevant to target country
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Assure Local Administrator training (internal)
• Advanced Root Cause analysis training
• Auditor training (min. ISO45001/ISO14001)
• Risk Management training
• Ability to train and coach leaders
• Minimum English B2
• Leadership aptitude
• Negotiation skills
• Project Management skills
• Data analytic skills
• O365 (Incl. MS SharePoint) proficient
• Six Sigma preferred (min. Yellow)
• Minimum 5 years expereince
