About Us

We are a growing organisation providing residential care and support services for young people aged 11–18. As our organisation continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organised HR \& Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment, HR compliance, onboarding, and office operations across our services.

The Role

This is a diverse role combining recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, compliance, and office coordination. You will work closely with senior management to attract and onboard high-quality staff, maintain HR systems and records, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The successful candidate will be confident managing recruitment processes, communicating with candidates and professionals, and working independently across multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to onboarding

- Create, manage and optimise job adverts across platforms such as Eurostaffs and Eurostaffs

- Proactively source candidates using Eurostaffs, CV databases, and social media platforms

- Use targeted search techniques, including Boolean searching, to identify high-quality and passive candidates

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies

- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews

- Coordinate interviews and support managers through the recruitment process

- Promote the organisation professionally to prospective candidates and external professionals

- Support recruitment campaigns linked to organisational growth and new service development

- Coordinate onboarding processes including DBS checks, references, right-to-work checks, and HR file compliance

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with GDPR requirements

- Monitor staff training, supervision, appraisals, and compliance documentation

- Support payroll processes by collating staff hours and relevant information

- Assist managers with HR processes including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management matters

- Coordinate staff inductions, training bookings, and qualifications

- Ensure HR and recruitment processes remain compliant with safer recruitment standards, Ofsted expectations, and employment legislation

- Provide administrative support to Directors and senior management

- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment

- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities requirements

- Liaise with contractors and support property maintenance coordination where required

- Support general administration tasks including minute taking, document management, and communication with professionals and stakeholders

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or office coordination

- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Eurostaffs and Eurostaffs

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work proactively and independently

- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Teams

- Experience within a care or regulated environment is desirable

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
