HR & Payroll Consultant

Role purpose

The HR \& Payroll Consultant leads the functional delivery of HR and payroll implementations for clients across Kuwait and acts as the subject matter authority on Kuwait payroll practice. The role guides customers through adoption of the software and serves as the link between the customer and the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations end to end: discovery, functional design, configuration, data migration, parallel runs, UAT and go-live.
• Guide customer HR and payroll teams through adoption — training, process documentation and hypercare through the first live payroll cycles.
• Configure and validate statutory payroll outputs and reconciliations.
• Act as the link between customer and product team: capture requirements, relay gaps and validate releases.
• Partner with the sales team on pre-sales consultation: deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, respond to RFPs and tenders, and define scope and effort estimates.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 7–10 years in HR and payroll operations or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years running or implementing payroll in Kuwait.
• Practical experience with end-of-service indemnity calculation for monthly and daily-paid employees, including statutory caps and resignation entitlement percentages.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRMS or payroll system as an implementer, super user or payroll owner.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Transferable residency and a valid Kuwait driving licence.
