Job Title: HR Operations Officer
Job Summary
The HR Operations Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Human Resources department. The role ensures compliance with company regulations, manages employee leave planning, coordinates government license renewals, and oversees monthly utility and statutory payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacation Management
- Prepare and maintain the annual employee vacation plan.
- Coordinate leave schedules with department managers to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor employee leave balances and maintain accurate records.
- Company License \& Compliance Management
- Follow up on and process renewals of company licenses and registrations, including:
- Commercial Registration (CR)
- Baladiya (Municipality License)
- Civil Defense License
- Ensure all company documents remain valid and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records of licenses and renewal schedules.
- Invoice \& Payment Administration
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payments and invoices related to:
- GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Electricity bills
- Mobile and telecommunications bills
- Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain payment records and supporting documentation.
- General HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external government authorities as required.
- Prepare reports related to HR operations and compliance activities.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government portals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per hour
