Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage and streamline core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, university policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and manage risk mitigation related to HR practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR queries and employee relations issues, resolving conflicts effectively and confidentially.
- Responsible to handle HR operations from end to end.
- Responsible for any other task from time to time.
Education \& Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, MIHRM) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Preferably with experience in the education sector / higher education institutions (private or public universities, colleges, or schools).
- Strong exposure to HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with academic-related HR matters (e.g., teaching permits, contract renewals, adjunct/visiting professors, external examiners) will be a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
- Good understanding of talent management, training \& development, and succession planning.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
