ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Bahraini Nationality. Bilingual Arabic / English speaker
- Master’s in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent. Familiar
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in human resources field.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and onboarding, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations.Strong interpersonal skills
DESIRED CRITERIA:
- Professional HR certification
- Familiar with HR in the higher education sector
- Familiar with HRMSs
- Analytical skills and using Hr data for decision making
- Familiar with ISO certificatoin and higher education accreditation requirements
- Understaing faculty contracts, teching loads, etc.
