Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate performance management and employee development programs
• Support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning initiatives
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Advise managers on HR matters and workplace best practices
• Prepare HR reports and support organizational planning

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR administration
• Previous HR supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations

Skills

• Human resources management

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
