HR Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a new colleague to join our small Team of HR consultants

The provision of day to day HR and administrative support to the Clients of HRSC. Including a broad range of general HR responsibilities and resultant administration.

On site support and advice is a reasonable percentage of the role

Candidate will be required to demonstrate competence in a broad range of HR activities, IT literacy, administrative and organisational skills.

HR Duties

· Working with local, and national Clients both private and public sector, to provide HR advice

· Provision of up to date Employment Law advice

· Preparation and issue of Contracts and Handbooks

· Redundancy

· Disciplinary and Grievance advice

· Absence management and liaison with OH

· Benchmarking on terms and conditions

· Right to work checking

· Training and Development- Delivery as required

· Provision of telephone and face to face support on site with clients

· Performance management

Change Management

· Decision maker

·Recruitment and Selection

Administration and Office duties for both HRSC and Clients

· Maintenance of confidential Client HR records

· Preparation of letters, emails, contracts

·· Telephone support for clients

· Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Act as communications champion for the business –maintaining effective internal and external communication systems, developing client communication channels

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
