KEMET Prime Properties is looking for a reliable, presentable, and hardworking Office Girl to support the daily operations of our office and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Pantry \& Hospitality
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for clients and staff.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before meetings and presentations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
- Monitor pantry supplies and report replenishment requirements.
Office Support
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of office common areas throughout the day.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
- Receive and distribute courier deliveries and office packages.
- Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.
General Duties
- Ensure office supplies are organized and adequately stocked.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and office events.
- Coordinate with building maintenance and cleaning staff when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Barista skills is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Salary \& Benefits
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month (depending on experience)
