About the Role
Ewaa Hotels Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial targets, and maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Monitor hotel performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and departmental profitability.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Control operating expenses while maintaining required service standards.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and HR departments.
- Monitor guest feedback, complaints, and online reviews and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
- Support sales and revenue-generation initiatives to maximize hotel profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, employee discipline, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and ensure proper maintenance and presentation.
- Promote a positive hotel culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations, with proven experience in a Hotel Manager or senior operational management position.
- Previous experience in 3- or 4-star hotels is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, P\&L management, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel systems and operational procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: ﷼6,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
