Mō te Tūranga \| About the Role

As a Hospitality Manager you'll responsible for supporting the Venue F\&B Manager in delivering the highest standard of guest services and achieving budgeted returns. You will also lead and inspire a high-performing team by role-modelling company values, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a culture of performance and development, and maintaining guest satisfaction through effective leadership, training, and strategic business insight.

Mōu \| About You

You will be quick on your feet, have solid hospitality management experience under your belt, perfectly paired with your impressive knowledge of how to keep your team and your customers happy. You'll also be a team player who is flexible to work a variety of shifts. You will also bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience successfully leading a team at a supervisory level
• Experience in financial management, cost control and P\&L's
• LCQ and GM Certificate
• Strong decision-making skills
