Home Care Marketer / Community Liaison

Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $30 per Hour

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Marketer / Community Liaison to help expand our client base and build strong referral relationships across New Jersey. The Home Care Marketer will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral sources, increasing community awareness, and generating new private pay and DDD client referrals for the agency. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in healthcare or home care marketing and strong networking skills within New Jersey. As a key player in expanding our business footprint, you will leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to connect with potential clients, nurture leads, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians’ offices, assisted living facilities, social workers, case managers, support coordinators, and community organizations
• Generate referrals for private pay home care services and NJ DDD services
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events, health fairs, and professional meetings
• Promote the agency’s services throughout New Jersey
• Meet weekly and monthly referral and growth goals
• Coordinate marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and client admissions
• Maintain accurate records of referral activities and marketing efforts
• Assist with follow-up calls, presentations, and community engagement initiatives
• Represent the agency professionally at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or home care marketing experience required
• Experience marketing private pay home care and/or NJ DDD services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the New Jersey healthcare and DDD system is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and documentation skills
