Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Markets: East Coast, South and Mid West (20-25 markets)
Compensation: $25K–$50K Base Salary + 7–12% Commission + Weekly/Monthly Bonuses
Expected Annual Income: $145,000–$225,000+

What You'll Do

• Work warm and hot inbound digital marketing leads
• Build trust with homeowners and understand their goals
• Negotiate purchase agreements and creative solutions
• Work closely with underwriting and transaction teams
• NO UNDERWRTING NEEDED. WE DO IT FOR YOU!!!!
• Manage follow-up using our CRM and proven systems
• Help homeowners through what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of acquisition or inside sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Available 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
• Real estate experience is strongly preferred
