Hiring Estheticians Part Time

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Estheticians to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments including skincare, body waxing, eyelash lifts and brow laminations, and tinting with attention to safety and sanitation standards
• Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products and promoting new offerings through product demos and personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Educate guests on skincare routines, product usage, and available services to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Proven experience or training in esthetic treatments such as skincare, waxing, eyelash lift and brow lamination, tinting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a beauty or spa environment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration
• Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is advantageous
• Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude
• Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $15.00-$37.93 per hour
