Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Summary

German Gulf Enterprises is seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Pump and Truck Mechanics/Technicians with hands-on expertise in servicing and maintaining Putzmeister concrete pumps and related heavy-duty vehicles. Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Putzmeister concrete pumps (boom pumps, line pumps, etc.)
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on concrete pumping equipment and trucks
• Inspect hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Carry out engine, transmission, and chassis repairs on heavy vehicles
• Ensure all equipment is serviced in line with manufacturer standards
• Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance reports accurately
• Respond to breakdowns and perform field service when required
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workshop standards

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years (or more) of relevant experience in concrete pump / heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong hands-on experience with Putzmeister equipment is highly preferred (or similar brands)
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, diesel engine, and electrical systems
• Experience working with construction equipment fleets or workshops
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Relevant technical certification or diploma is an advantage

Note

Only candidates with relevant experience in concrete pump and heavy equipment maintenance will be shortlisted.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
