Adams Physical Therapy Services is looking for an energetic, motivating, and compassionate HealthTrack Coach to join our team in Portland, Indiana!

If you have a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people reach their goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you're an Exercise Science or Kinesiology graduate, a Pre-PT student, or simply someone who loves encouraging others to succeed, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Coach and motivate patients through individualized exercise programs.
• Encourage, educate, and celebrate patients as they reach their health goals.
• Monitor exercise performance and ensure safe, proper technique. Build positive relationships with patients while creating a fun and encouraging environment.
• Work alongside our Physical Therapists as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Degree (or pursuing a degree) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health \& Wellness, Athletic Training, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading exercise programs is a plus but we'll train the right person!
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
