Head Spa Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Spa Specialist in delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all treatments meet the highest standards of quality and safety
• Deliver relaxing scalp and neck massage to enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and educate clients on scalp and hair retail products
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized aesthetic treatments
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Train and mentor staff on new techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
• Promote retail sales by engaging clients with product demos and tailored recommendations
• Support team development through ongoing coaching in communication skills, client communication, and service delivery

Requirements

• Must have both a Cosmetology and Esthetician License or a Cosmetology license and a Massage Therapy License
• Skilled in head spa services using head spa halo and all features and attachments
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa like environment
• Additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced aesthetic procedures preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and understand their needs
• Sales experience with a focus on retail product demos and client upselling techniques
• Ability to stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments and skincare innovations

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
