Key Responsibilities
Leadership \& Department Management
- Lead and oversee all tutors under Kunkwan.
- Develop department structure, SOP, and academic guidelines.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of tutor department.
- Monitor tutor attendance, discipline, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular meetings with tutors.
Tutor Recruitment \& Training
- Plan and manage tutor hiring process.
- Screen, interview and select qualified tutors.
- Develop onboarding and training programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
- Improve teaching standards continuously.
Academic Quality Control
- Monitor lesson delivery and teaching effectiveness.
- Review teaching materials and syllabus alignment.
- Ensure student progress tracking system is implemented.
- Handle academic complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Performance \& KPI Management
- Set KPI for tutors (student results, retention rate, feedback score).
- Monitor tutor performance and productivity.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
- Implement improvement plans where necessary.
Strategy \& Growth
- Develop strategies to improve student results.
- Work closely with Sales \& Marketing team to support student enrollment.
- Propose new academic programs or improvements.
- Ensure department contributes to company revenue growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
