About the Role: Syndeou is looking for an experienced Head of Operations / System Delivery Lead to run the next stage of development, implementation, and operational delivery for Lrnsy EOS.

Lrnsy EOS is a human-led, AI-supported education operating system designed for schools, universities, and corporate learning environments. It sits at the intersection of EdTech, software development, institutional implementation, and educational operations.

This role is for someone who can bring structure to a complex, fast-moving environment. The right person will work across leadership, software developers, project teams, clients, and implementation partners to turn plans, requirements, documentation, and high-level strategy into clear, executable delivery actions.

We are looking for a systems thinker and execution-focused operator who can analyze what has already been built, organize the moving parts, drive follow-through, and help transition the company from founder-led coordination into a disciplined operating structure.

Key Responsibilities

• System Delivery \& Product Operations:
• Coordinate product release cycles, developer follow-up, feature prioritization, testing protocols, deployment readiness, and technical requirements.
• Ensure software development directly aligns with real-world educational and institutional administrative workflows.
• Operational Structure \& Process Control:
• Build clear internal processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking mechanisms, reporting rhythms, and accountability systems across product, operations, implementation, and administration.
• Establish operational KPIs to track delivery velocity, system uptime, and project milestones.
• Client Implementation \& Rollout Support:
• Lead pilots, institutional onboarding, system configuration, and implementation planning for schools, universities, corporate clients, and strategic regional partners.
• Oversee data privacy, security alignment, and institutional compliance standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Serve as the central bridge between leadership, technical teams, education specialists, project teams, external advisors, and clients.
• Translate broad strategic goals into concrete action plans, assigned ownership, and strict timelines.
• Documentation \& Governance:
• Maintain centralized control over delivery documents, implementation playbooks, internal records, approved workflows, and system specifications.
• Guarantee version control, data confidentiality, and operational consistency across all projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate brings deep experience in operations, software delivery, EdTech, SaaS, technology consulting, institutional implementation, or complex program delivery.

You are practical, highly structured, calm under pressure, and capable of managing ambiguity without requiring constant instruction. You navigate conversations with both technical engineers and non-technical educators effortlessly, bringing order, pace, and accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Qualifications \& Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in operations, delivery, project implementation, product operations, or program management.
• Proven track record working directly with software development teams, SaaS platforms, EdTech solutions, or institutional enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to build operational frameworks from scratch and translate high-level strategies into repeatable workflows.
• Strong familiarity with modern project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Linear, Slack, Asana).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic fluency is a strong plus for GCC operations).

This is not a general administrative role or a passive coordination function. We require a senior, proactive leader capable of taking direct ownership, creating operational discipline, driving execution, and ensuring measurable results across the business
