This is a high impact leadership opportunity within Mitie's award-winning Group Marketing function. As Head of Growth \& Digital Demand, you'll play a central role in defining how we drive growth through our digital ecosystem—translating strategy into measurable commercial success.
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data, this role offers significant visibility and influence. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, shaping decisions at executive level while ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.

As Head of Growth \& Digital Demand, you'll take ownership of Mitie's digital growth and demand generation strategy, ensuring it is fully aligned to commercial priorities and delivers tangible results. You'll lead digital demand performance across the Group, optimising marketing investment to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Working in close partnership with Sales, sector leadership and Digital teams, you'll ensure demand generation activity is focused on the right opportunities and accounts. You'll also take strategic ownership of Mitie.com, evolving it into a best-in-class growth and conversion engine that supports complex B2B buying journeys.
Central to the role is a focus on continuous improvement enhancing lead quality, conversion rates and speed to market through data-led insight, experimentation and optimisation. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team, establishing a centre of excellence for digital demand across Mitie.
