head bartender

WE’RE HIRING.

Sean’s is looking for people who like good drinks, good music, late nights and other people.

We’re putting together the opening team. Experience is nice. Personality helps. Knowing when the ice needs refilling without being asked is even nicer.

We’re looking for: Head Bartender 3+ years bartending experience, preferably cocktail-focused

• Able to execute and maintain Sean’s seasonal cocktail menu
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits and basic wine
• Able to lead, train and manage the bar team during service
• Responsible for drink quality control, prep, stock and bar cleanliness
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in both relaxed cocktail-bar service and high-volume late-night service
• Conversational English required
• Friendly, confident and genuinely interested in hospitality, music and nightlife
