We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Head Barista / Store Manager to lead our team at our Bandon location.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining exceptional coffee making with day-to-day store management. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain high operational standards, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

The position is ideal for:

• An experienced barista seeking a consistent 4-5 day full time work week

Requirements:

• Extensive barista experience in a busy café environment
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong focus on coffee quality, consistency, and speed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team
• Comfortable managing daily operations
• Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
