We are looking for a talented, well-presented, and service-driven Male Head Barista to join a fine dining restaurant in Kuwait . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages * Supervise, train, and support barista staff * Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards * Monitor inventory and manage coffee supplies * Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries * Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment Requirements:** Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista * Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and customer service skills * English communication skills required
