Responsibilities
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 5+ years of hands-on experience in system-level hardware design, specifically for datacenter switches, enterprise core routers, or high-density server/storage networks. * Deep understanding of high-speed Ethernet technologies, including 100G/400G/800G interfaces (QSFP28, QSFP-DD, OSFP), MAC/PHY protocols, and advanced switching fundamentals. * Experience with high-speed board design, signal integrity analysis (PAM4, PCIe Gen 5/6, high-speed SerDes), and impedance control. * Experience in hardware validation, debugging, and failure analysis in production environments. * Familiarity with datacenter hardware requirements, including hot-swappable redundant power supplies (CRPS), field-replaceable fan modules, and compliance standards (ESD, EMI/EMC, safety). * Proficiency in hardware design tools such as OrCAD Capture, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor PADS.
