Job Details
- Position: Service Staff / Bartender
- Employment: Full-time / Part-time
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Day Off: Sunday
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
- Transport Allowance: RM300/month
- Commission: 1% based on eligible restaurant sales
- Probation Period: 1–3 months
- Staff Meal: Provided
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages
- Assist customers with our QR ordering system
- Prepare beer, highballs, and simple cocktails
- Check tables regularly and assist customers before being asked
- Recommend additional food and drinks when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the restaurant
- Washing and cleaning duties as required
- Opening preparation and closing duties
- Restock beverages and restaurant supplies
- Follow the restaurant's SOPs and instructions
- Assist with stock management and ordering after training
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English
- Malaysian candidates preferred
- F&B, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable working in an environment that serves alcohol
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Responsible and honest
- Willing to learn and follow SOPs
- Able to work independently after training
- Candidates looking for long-term employment are preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
- Previous experience in bar service, restaurant service, or hospitality
- Good knowledge or understanding of Japanese food and dining culture
Experience in bartending or cocktail preparation is an advantage, but customer service attitude and reliability are equally important.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
