Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and client inquiries.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
• Front desk experience is a plus, including managing appointments and handling client interactions.
