Flux Salon & Barbary is a brand new modern, elevated salon and barber space located in Hudson, New Hampshire, where style, craftsmanship, and atmosphere meet.

We are currently looking for a motivated, creative stylist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build your clientele in a supportive, high-end environment that blends contemporary salon artistry with the precision of classic barbering.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized hair services including color, blonding, cutting, and styling based on each client’s needs
• Deliver a high-level consultation experience to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times
• Build and grow a loyal clientele through exceptional service and relationship-building
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the salon—professional, welcoming, and elevated
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continued education
• Participate in social media content (individual and team-based) to help grow personal and salon visibility
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive and growth-oriented environment

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license (New Hampshire or transferable)
• Strong foundation in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Experience with or interest in dimensional color, blonding, and modern finishing work
• Ability to perform thorough consultations and make personalized recommendations
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Professionalism in both appearance and work ethic
• Basic knowledge of social media or willingness to participate in content creation
• Time management skills with the ability to stay on schedule
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Desire to grow, learn, and build a long-term clientele

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
