Duties

- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients innovative styling options.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
