Duties \& Key Responsibilities
1. Senior-Level Hair Cutting
- Execute complex, highly customized cutting techniques, including multi-dimensional layering, dry-carving, razor cutting, and architectural precision bobs/pixies.
- Conduct high-level client consultations, diagnosing hair structure, growth patterns, and face shapes to design bespoke cut profiles.
- Fix flawed or uneven haircuts performed elsewhere with corrective cutting methods.
2. Expert Styling \& Finishing
- Deliver high-end, long-lasting blowouts, intricate up-dos, bridal styling, and advanced thermal shaping (signature waves, sleek straightening, textured finishes).
- Select and blend professional styling products precisely suited to hair porosity and target volume.
- Teach clients home-maintenance routines and recommend high-performance retail regimes.
3. Master Hair Coloring \& Color Correction
- Formulate complex color mixes and execute high-end coloring techniques, including seamless balayage, foliage, babylights, shadow roots, and custom toner formulations.
- Specialize in complex color corrections, safely transitioning dark/damaged hair to light tones while preserving hair bond integrity.
- Perform strand analysis and chemical diagnostics to guarantee predictable, damage-free color results.
