Cedar Holistic Salon Company is looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our team.

We’re an independently owned, boutique salon with an established clientele, a strong local presence, and a passion for creative, quality hairdressing.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys connecting with clients, and wants to be part of a salon that values individuality, professionalism, and a great working environment.

Our salon specializes in creative cutting, including razor cutting and modern shag styles, alongside customized colour and classic hairdressing services. Experience with razor cutting is an asset, but a willingness to learn and expand your skills is just as welcome.

Who we’re looking for

• An experienced hairstylist with a minimum of 2 years behind the chair.
• Confident in cutting, styling, and colour services.
• Someone who enjoys creating beautiful, wearable hair.
• Professional, reliable, and personable.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a small team.
• Interested in growing their clientele and developing their career.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hybrid hourly and commission-based pay structure, designed to provide a reliable income while rewarding productivity and service performance.
