We're Hiring: Furniture/Gypsum Carpenters

Optimize Interiors is a leading fit-out company in the UAE, and we are currently looking for a skilled Furniture/Gypsum Carpenter to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring:

• Furniture Carpenters
• Gypsum Carpenters
• Candidates with experience in both furniture and gypsum works are highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, and other joinery works (for Furniture Carpenters)
• Install gypsum partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative gypsum features (for Gypsum Carpenters)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately according to project requirements
• Perform installation works on-site while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in furniture carpentry and/or gypsum works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings is an advantage
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
