Job Description

Zarya Wellness Health Club LLC is looking for a passionate and energetic Gym Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong fitness background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate members to achieve their health and wellness goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs.

Provide one-on-one personal training sessions.

Guide members on proper exercise techniques and safe use of gym equipment.

Monitor members' progress and adjust training plans accordingly.

Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment.

Promote personal training packages and health club memberships.

Assist with fitness events, wellness programs, and member engagement activities.

Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Trainer.

Recognized fitness certification (Level 2/Level 3 or equivalent).

CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about fitness, health, and customer service.

Ability to work flexible shifts.

Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
