Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members, providing professional advice on fitness programs and healthy lifestyles.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans based on individual goals and abilities.
- Demonstrate correct techniques for using gym equipment, weights, and machines.
- Monitor the gym floor to ensure safety, proper equipment use, and member engagement.
- Lead group classes, warm-up/cool-down sessions, or circuit training as required.
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness targets.
- Provide first aid and respond to emergencies in line with health and safety procedures.
- Maintain gym cleanliness, organize equipment, and report faulty machines.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, exercise techniques, and wellness practices.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to a positive member experience.

Qualifications \& Skills:
- Certification in Fitness Instruction / Personal Training (REPs, ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate individuals and groups.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
