POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains the established code of standards, efficiency and professionalism set by Management. Maximize apartment yield and prompt an uninterrupted telephone service. Responsible for the administrative functions of the Guest Service.
Prepares and provide Management with timely reports and feedback of the general trends of the market.
SPECIFIC DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for all front desk counter activities.
Example: check in, check out, guest relations, complaints etc.
· Provide friendly and courteous reception, mail and information, cashiering, guest relations etc.
· If deem in need, to assist in performing site inspections for potential guest.
· To work closely with the Security Officers in handling bell services.
· Reports to the Senior Guest Service or Guest Service Supervisor in operational matters (issues or complaints).
· To increase guest satisfaction and create a warm welcome.
· Assist guest with telecommunication needs by providing telephone directory services, call screening, wake up calls etc.
· Maintains the established code of standard, efficiency and professionalism set by Management.
Daily Operations
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
