Who we're looking for…

Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering personalized luxury service? As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will anticipate guest needs, build meaningful relationships, and resolve requests with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. If you have a natural talent for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable first and lasting impressions throughout their stay.
• Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized experiences.
• Handle guest requests, preferences, special occasions, and concerns promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Engineering, Spa, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate information about the resort's facilities, dining venues, recreational activities, transportation, and local attractions.
• Follow up on guest requests and service recovery actions, ensuring all matters are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Support VIP arrivals, long-stay guests, and special events, ensuring personalized attention at every stage of the guest journey.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance future experiences.
• Promote resort services and experiences that add value to each guest's stay.
• Ensure every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and our commitment to legendary service.

What we're looking for…

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, or other luxury hospitality roles is preferred.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic luxury environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German and additional languages are highly valued.
• Proficiency in computer applications and, preferably, hotel property management systems.
• A valid work permit for Spain.
