Salon Society is on the hunt for a bright, bubbly, and super reliable person to join our Guest Services team — the friendly face and the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our award-winning salon running like clockwork.

This role is fast-paced, on your feet, and full of variety. You’ll be juggling phones, appointments, retail sales, and keeping the salon sparkling — all while supporting the stylists and making sure every client feels amazing.

What You’ll Be Rocking:

• Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming vibe
• Handling phones, emails, and DMs with ease
• Booking appointments and managing cancellations
• Helping clients find the perfect products and boosting retail sales
• Taking charge of laundry and salon cleaning duties (super important to keeping our space looking fresh and running smoothly!)
• Supporting the team and enforcing policies with kindness and confidence
