We are looking for a Growth Manager for the Italian Market with a strategic vision, analytical mindset, and strong leadership skills to drive brand growth and positioning in Italy. This person will work cross-functionally with different teams to develop omnichannel growth strategies, optimize results, and identify new business opportunities in the market.

Please note:
- This is a full-time position.
- Our Growth Manager for the Italian Market will be based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Define and develop the Italian market growth strategy together with the E-commerce and Performance teams.
- Full P\&L management, including cost tracking and profitability analysis.
- Strategic oversight of the different marketing channels: CRM, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media.
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to optimize results and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposing cross-channel actions across B2C, B2B, and retail to drive online and offline traffic.
- Development and execution of drive-to-store projects and activations aimed at increasing visibility and footfall at points of sale.
- Coordination of co-branding initiatives and strategic collaborations with brands and partners.
- Leadership of communication and PR projects within the retail area.
- Development and management of Influencer Marketing strategies, including coordination of shootings, briefing creation, results analysis, and collaboration management.
- Management of public relations and contact with press and media.
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of brand events and activations.
- Project management with external suppliers and agencies (SEO and other strategic partners).
- Development of initiatives focused on brand reputation and brand positioning.
Requirements:
What are we looking for?
- 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (growth, marketing, or brand management).
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in KPI monitoring and analysis.
- Previous experience in PR management and agency management.
- Experience in event organization and drive-to-store activations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Italian native or bilingual is a must. High level of English and Spanish required.
