We are looking for a Group-Level Logistics Services Manager to lead our delivery and warehouse operations, responsible for contracting and negotiating with external delivery companies (like Zain, Wayak, and Mersal) to cover deliveries within Kuwait and the Gulf countries, managing the ready-to-ship product warehouse, and leading a direct team. The role is designed to serve the current factory and any new brands that join the group during the current expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Contracting and negotiating with external delivery companies on prices and service levels

- Managing customs clearance and cross-border shipping to Gulf countries

- Managing the ready-to-ship product warehouse and ensuring timely order dispatches

- Leading a direct team (delivery coordinators, warehouse supervisors)

- Monitoring the performance of delivery companies and resolving issues of delays or damage

- Managing delivery costs (P\&L) and periodic reports on on-time delivery and cost

Minimum Profile

- 6-8 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, including direct leadership experience

- Proven negotiation experience with external delivery companies (mandatory)

- Documented experience in customs clearance and shipping between Gulf countries (mandatory)

- Experience in managing finished product inventory, preferably in the food sector

- Experience in operating processes in multiple Gulf countries is highly preferred.

- Strong professional Arabic and English

- Presence in Kuwait
