Group Digital Marketing Director

We are expanding. We are centralising. And we are looking for a powerhouse Group Digital Marketing Director to lead the charge.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo.

We have 5 distinct hotel properties (and growing), a talented marketing central team of 4, and an external digital agency ready for strategic direction. We just need the vision to tie it all together.

The Mission:

Architect, launch, and lead our brand-new centralized marketing function. You will be the vital link between our central leadership, property General Managers, and our agency partners-turning multi-channel digital strategies into commercial growth.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years in a senior digital marketing leadership role.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-brand, or hospitality marketing.
• Proven success managing external agencies and suppliers.
• A master of the digital ecosystem (SEO, PPC, CRM, paid social, analytics).
• A commercially obsessed leader focused on revenue, ROI, and mentorship.
