Grocery Supervisor – New World Gardens

Full-Time Position

New World Gardens has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join our grocery team as a Grocery Supervisor. Reporting to our Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager you will be an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a full range of products available for our customers, be the primary point of contact within the department, assist with training and development needs within the grocery team.

This is a full-time position, specific hours to be discussed at the interview. New World Gardens operates 7 days a week with shift patterns to include one weekend day and early starts.

This role includes:

• Motivating, coaching, and supporting the grocery team, ensuring that best practice policies and operation procedures are followed at all times.
• Actively promote high-quality customer service
• The ability to assist with leading a team and providing them with a great place to work and grow
• Compliance with our Health \& Safety and Food Safety Standards
• Prevent wastage through product rotation
• Assist with ticketing, re-pricing and stock take requirements
• Accepts responsibility, and presents ideas in a clear and concise manner
