Purpose of the role: The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering creative and visually engaging design work, across our brands. This role involves producing high-quality, on-brand visual assets across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and impact in every customer touchpoint, to ultimately support conversion. This is an exciting time to join as refreshed brand identities are being introduced across the portfolio. The role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in bringing the brands to life, helping to embed and implement new creative guidelines across all channels and shape how the brands are experienced by customers.Role and responsibilities:* Create, develop and deliver high-quality artwork for print materials, including direct mail, press adverts and events
Produce engaging assets for digital channels including emails, social media and web
Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to support marketing campaigns and projects
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaign creative
Ensure all design output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across channels
Test and adapt design variations based on performance insights to enhance effectiveness
Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure creative remains relevant and effective
Manage workload effectively to deliver projects on time, meeting deadlines across multiple priorities
Work with external suppliers to guide and review creative output, ensuring brand consistency
Undertake any other reasonable tasks in line with the role and skill set
Skills and experience:* Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g. degree or equivalent)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proven ability to work across multiple media, including print and digital
Ability to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines while delivering creative outcomes
Creative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and quality
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workload, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing commercial priorities and deadlines
Experience in video editing and creating social-first video content is desirable
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design skills
