We are a women's handbag brand rooted in considered design and a strong visual identity. As we grow, we're looking for a talented individual from a Graphic Design background who also has strong styling skills to become the creative force behind everything our audience sees.

You will be a key member of our small team based just outside Lewes, East Sussex, working directly with the business owners.

Creative Direction \& Visual Styling
- Conceive and build photographic sets, scenes, and flat lays from scratch - sourcing props, styling products, and composing shots that feel fresh and intentional.
- Style handbags in context: on models, in lifestyle settings, and in still-life arrangements, with a consistent eye for light, texture, and mood.
- Develop and evolve our visual language across seasons and campaigns, ensuring a coherent aesthetic across every touchpoint.
- Research trends in fashion, interiors, photography, and visual culture to inform creative direction.
Brand Consistency
- Be the guardian of our visual identity - maintaining consistency in typography, colour, tone, and composition across all channels.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of brand guidelines as we grow.
