About the Role

The Q Studio is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that reflects our luxury brand identity across digital, print, social media, marketing campaigns, and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
• Create luxury branding materials, brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional assets.
• Design albums, print products, packaging, and client deliverables.
• Develop visual concepts that align with The Q Studio's brand standards.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
• Design event-related materials, signage, invitations, and display graphics when required.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury brands, wedding industry, hospitality, or creative agencies.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing materials.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and modern design workflows.
