We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Graphic Designer" to join our Marketing team.

Job Description

  • Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with Tersane Istanbul’s brand identity and communication strategy.
  • Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, brochures, presentations, invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create visual assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, activations, and special projects.
  • Adapt and optimize creative materials for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and agencies when required.
  • Support photography, video, and content production projects through graphic design and creative input.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print design, and marketing communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, or video editing is considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
