Graphic Designer

Job Description:

1) Design: Lead the design process for graphic and structural elements of POSM materials, including but not limited to POP displays, packaging, and promotional materials.

2) Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artwork that effectively communicate client branding and messaging while adhering to brand guidelines.

3) Structural Design: Develop innovative structural designs for POSM displays and materials, considering factors such as functionality, durability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of assembly.

4) Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

5) Client Collaboration: Work closely with Sales department to understand their requirements, provide creative recommendations, and present design concepts that align with customer brand identity and marketing objectives.

6) Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and production, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

7) Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on design prototypes and final products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client specifications.

8) Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic and structural design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

1)Min Diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

2) Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or structural design, preferably in the POSM industry.

3) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

4) Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or 3D modeling software (AutoCAD).

5) Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and structural design projects.

6) Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7) Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

8) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

9) Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

10) Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques will be an advantage.

11) Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
