Graphic Designer

Pawsitivity is a rapidly growing lifestyle pet brand with a flagship store on Nantucket and operations and production based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. We are looking for a meticulous, and creative Graphic designer to collaborate with on a variety of design related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Company Founder
• Execute design concepts for inline products
• Execute designs for corporate collaborations
• Create marketing materials
• Communicate with production team and founder for test prints and color matching

The person for this role possess:

• Exceptional file management.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Understanding of the design aesthetic of the brand and the premium retail market in general.
• Mastery of Photoshop and other design software.
• The ideal candidate will have an ability to hand sketch elements on a stylus for certain projects and incorporate original sketches into final design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback/adjust designs as needed by the founder.
• 2-3 years of graphic design experience acquired through contract, corporate or internship design experience. Must have a portfolio to submit.
• Ability to come to the factory for color tests from time to time. Most work can be done remotely.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.07 per hour
