Graphic Designer - Open to Fresh Graduate (Creative Agency)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you won't just be making things look pretty—you will be bringing strategic visions to life.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take a creative brief and run with it, ensuring that every pixel aligns with the project's goals. While strong foundational design skills are a must, we are also looking for someone forward-thinking. Whether you are already experimenting with AI design tools or are eager and excited to learn them, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Vision: Interpret creative briefs accurately and transform conceptual ideas into high-quality visual assets across digital and print media.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align perfectly with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
• Obsess Over the Details: Review your own work with a hawk-moth eye for detail—ensuring correct layouts, typography, alignment, and error-free deliverables.
• Embrace Innovation: Integrate AI tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Stable Diffusion) into your workflow to brainstorm, speed up iteration, and enhance creativity—or actively collaborate with us to learn them.
• Collaborate \& Iterate: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to refine designs based on feedback and performance data.

What We Are Looking For

• The Brief Whisperer: You have a proven ability to read a creative brief, understand the "why" behind the request, and deliver exactly what is needed (and sometimes a little extra flavor).
• Detail-Oriented: "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary. You notice when an element is 2 pixels off-center or when a font weight is inconsistent.
• Tech-Curious: You have experience with, or a strong willingness to learn, AI-assisted design tools to optimize your creative process.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
