Bring Residential Brands to Life Through Design
NEX Building Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its marketing and creative team. This role supports multiple leading residential building brands by producing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.
What You'll Do?
Creative Design
Design marketing materials for multiple home-building brands.
Create brochures, flyers, catalogues, and print advertising assets.
Develop visual content for branding, campaigns, and promotions.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all NEX Group companies.
Digital Content Creation
Design social media graphics and digital advertising materials.
Create email marketing templates and campaign visuals.
Support website visual updates and online content design.
Adapt creative assets for multiple digital platforms.
Industry-Specific Design
Produce visuals for home designs, interiors, and display homes.
Collaborate with architectural and interior design teams.
Translate floor plans and features into customer-friendly visuals.
Support marketing of residential products and property offerings.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with marketing managers and product teams.
Interpret briefs and deliver high-quality designs on deadline.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
Collaborate with photographers, copywriters, and designers.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong creative ability.
Desirable Skills
Experience in marketing or in-house design environments.
Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects) is an advantage.
Familiarity with real estate, construction, or property marketing.
Experience creating social media content.
