About the Role

Tramps Nightclub LTD is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality promotional materials for Tramps Nightclub, Velvet Nightclub, and Mode Sports Bar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing brand concepts to life, and has a passion for both print and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design \& Branding: Create eye-catching promotional materials, including event flyers, Freshers’ brochures, VIP marketing materials, and branded assets for web and social media.
• Social Media Content: Design and edit engaging visuals, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories, to drive online engagement.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for email campaigns, web banners, and advertisements.
• Budget \& Production Management: Manage design projects within budget, liaise with printers, and explore cost-effective solutions.
• Time Management: Prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines, often on short notice.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external promoters, University of Worcester contacts, and advertising partners.

Requirements: Skills \& Experience

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in a Graphic Design role.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat).
✅ Strong ability to create and edit short-form video content for social media.
✅ Experience editing and managing WordPress \& WIX websites.
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Basic proofreading and sub-editing abilities.
